NDP MLA Marlin Schmidt has a long history of saying outrageous things in the legislature.
Just last year, he went on a bigoted tangent targeting United Conservative MLA Prasad Panda.

And now he went on another rant in the legislature talking about how he wished the Iron Lady, the first woman elected Prime Minister of the U.K., died 30 years ago!
